Join Alex Roesch, Project Associate at UHAB and Jason Webb, Community & Capacity Building Specialist of Grounded Solutions Network, as we make the case for permanently affordable homeownership and share how you can adopt and customize these models to fit your community’s needs.

E-Learning Series

Dig into the details of creating and sustaining a community land trust, inclusionary housing and shared-equity homeownership programs. Each one-hour, virtual training, focuses on building the knowledge and skills that practitioners need right now in order to do their jobs most effectively. Participants should feel free to choose just the sessions that are of most interest to them, or participate in the whole series

Alex Roesch

 

Alex has been with UHAB since January of 2015. Initially hired to find and survey every affordable/limited equity housing cooperative, he now works in UHAB's Organizing and Policy department on a variety of projects, the primary one being lead coordinator of the 6th Principle Coalition, a group of practitioners advocating for the advancement of limited-equity housing cooperatives nationally.

Prior to serving as Director of Capacity Building at Grounded Solutions Network, Beth was the Community & Capacity Building Manager at the National Community Land Trust Network. Beth has also worked as both an urban planner with GCR, Inc. and a Community Development Finance Fellow with Providence Community Housing, a local nonprofit specializing in affordable housing development.

Jason Webb

 

Prior to serving as Capacity Building Specialist at Grounded Solutions Network, Jason was Community & Capacity Building Associate at the National Community Land Trust Network. Before that, Jason worked for 15 years for Dudley Street Neighborhood Initiative (DSNI) and Network Member Dudley Neighbors Inc. (DNI), serving in several roles such as Director of Real Estate and Technology, Director of DNI “The Community Land Trust,” and Director of Administration and Finance.
